dsh-summary-index v0.1.1

AI-assisted alpha/demo: a non-invasive structured index, deterministic P0 anchor guard, and probe layer for DSH compaction summaries.

Highlights

  • Observes standard compaction/summary events without registering ctx.compaction.
  • Parses five-section handoffs and extracts deterministic P0 anchors with DSH native source seq pointers.
  • Admits or quarantines entries using five-section, anchor coverage, pointer reachability, and source truncation checks.
  • Provides sumidx_search, sumidx_read, and sumidx_probe under a namespaced tool prefix.
  • Exports a Schemastery Config; uses inject: ['tools']; bounded session state and fail-soft loading.
  • Supports DSH session format v3/v4 producer sources.

Validation

  • 31 tests pass against @deepseek-ai/dsh-*@0.2.1-rc.2 packages and Node 24.
  • npm audit --omit=dev: 0 vulnerabilities.
  • GitHub Actions CI passes on Ubuntu and Windows.
  • Isolated DSH profile registration verified with local tarball, GitHub Release tarball, and github:TLNing260310/dsh-summary-index.

The npm package name dsh-summary-index is prepared, but publication to npmjs is waiting for the maintainer npm login or an NPM_TOKEN repository secret. The manual publish workflow is in .github/workflows/publish-npm.yml.

Important boundary

compaction/summary is already committed when the observer receives it. The guard rejects index admission and injects a quarantine/salvage card; it cannot roll back the compaction. True pre-commit rejection would require wrapping or replacing the compaction backend.

Issues and PRs are welcome. This is not a production security boundary.
