Fixes two defects found by running the installed 0.0.2: the server reported version 0.1.0 (a hardcoded string that never followed pyproject.toml - it now reads the wheel metadata), and the panic hotkey never armed because Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F12 was already taken (RegisterHotKey err=1409) - it now tries a short ladder and reports the combination that actually armed.
