xrevive v0.2.3 prepares custom soundtracks before games start, lets you choose their folder, and makes automatic Windows launcher updates silent.

  • Music is prepared before games start. xrevive converts existing and newly added custom soundtrack songs to the shared WMA cache in the background. Play waits for unfinished preparation so games can reuse the cache instead of pausing to convert a song. Original tracks stay unchanged, and preparation progress and retry are available in Music.
  • Choose the Music folder. The Music tab and Settings share a saved folder picker, and games use that collection on their next launch. Choosing another folder leaves the old collection in place.
  • Silent automatic updates on Windows. Downloaded launcher updates install without opening the setup progress window when you quit or choose Restart. Signature verification and the running-game safeguards remain in place. Manually opened installers keep their normal setup interface.
  • A roomier library. Testing, Release, Beta, Alpha, and Upcoming games stay grouped in the sidebar, with uninstalled games dimmed and local games kept accessible. The larger, subtle player map keeps its counts at the bottom left. Friends and Messages open from a distinct orange footer button with the XB Live logo and unread indicators. A larger green Add Game button and direct LOG / Open folder controls keep common actions close by; keyboard icons identify installed builds that support Keyboard control. The game header keeps its height while loading so switching games does not move the controls around.
  • Downloaded Forza Motorsport saves can be re-signed. Import re-signs the profile, garage and complete car-icon signature list for this PC even when the source Xbox EEPROM is unavailable. Original files stay unchanged, and files whose source signatures could not be authenticated remain marked unverified.

Desktop packages include the audio converter and its corresponding source and build recipe. Android does not expose the desktop Music feature.

Older installed launchers may still show setup once while upgrading to this release, because the running launcher chooses the installer mode. Updates started by v0.2.3 use silent mode.
