Improve tooling integration (that means ReSharper)

So current approach is nice in some regards and sucks in some.

The biggest suck is, you can't just click on a class that has the convention and run it from within VS (with ReSharper, primarily)

And the second one is you can't click on a failed test and be taken to the convention.

Ideas on how to fix it?

Moving to approach as explained in #9 would solve that. This would be a breaking change.
