Add support for conventions on project file (.csproj)

this would enable conventions like:

• ensure all migration scripts are Embedded Resources
• ensure you're not referencing files from /bin or /obj of other projects
• ensure you don't have spaces in file names and similar
• ensure all images /sctipts etc are kept in the right place in the project

I'm working on making this higher level (for common cases anyway) but this may be treated as part of #9 I suppose...
