Fixed

• The row action strip's archive and pin buttons no longer stay visible on every flat
  row. Sharing the strip with the chip forced it mounted; its buttons are now hidden
  until the row is hovered, matching their shipped behavior.

• README now leads with a before/after screenshot of the flat session list.

• Requires DeepSeek Harness >=0.2.1-rc.2 <0.3.0.
• No runtime dependencies and no build step.
