PRFlow v2.58.0 — a narrower cloud gh api grant, Windows Git Bash base-branch reads, and spec questions that show the evidence against their recommendation
Publishes everything since v2.57.0 (internal versions 2.57.1 through 2.58.0).
Highlights
- Cloud runs' built-in
gh apigrant covers only your own repository's endpoints. This applies to cloud review, review-and-fix, PR-description and retrospective runs. The built-in list no longer grantsgh issue create,gh issue comment,gh pr comment,gh pr create, envorexport. (#2672) - On Windows Git Bash,
/prflow:implement's issue audit and/prflow:fixcan read a file as the base branch has it. They now read it by commit ID, so git no longer answers "Not a valid object name". (#2790) /prflow:specshows its reasoning before you choose.- Its scope and side questions can name evidence against their recommended answer.
- It can recommend an option that rests on an unconfirmed fact, and still shows that fact as not confirmed.
- It walks each motivating case and named rule arm before asking for the design.
- It can keep your assignment and implementation answers across its approval prompts.
- It can state a case its own revision added as a limit rather than patch it.
- (#2513, #2562, #2318, #2664, #2541)
/prflow:review-and-fixdeclines a Suggestion or Minor finding only for a listed reason, and a later fix can re-check an earlier decline. It can also list a shadow review's new low-severity findings in its## Coveragereport. (#2343, #2251)/prflow:implement. A Phase 3 base-update merge that edits the prompt extension no longer stops the run at the worker's digest check. Implement runs no longer put their 🎉 or 👎 reaction on an unrelated comment that only mentions the command. (#2564, #2484)- Local reviews can spend less time waiting on checklist verifiers. A verifier asked to save its verdict is told to finish any check it is still running first. (#2519)
Workflow change in this span: the shipped workflows changed (#2672). Cloud-tier users should update the prflow_version pin and re-run the installer fetched at v2.58.0 (DEVFLOW_REF=v2.58.0 bash devflow-install.sh --apply) in the same upgrade, and re-vendor any committed vendored copy.
