Publishes everything since v2.60.0 (internal versions 2.60.1 through 2.61.0).

Highlights

  • /prflow:spec issues say what the changed instructions decide. For a change to instructions a model follows, the issue states each motivating case's expected result as what the changed instructions decide for it, and quotes the deciding fields of any recorded input the implementing run must replay. (#3071, #2317)
  • /prflow:spec re-checks before you file. It re-reads each Blocked by prerequisite issue, including whether it has closed since the design, and audits and non-interactive filing require completed draft preparation. Background sessions enter their own worktree before discovery starts. (#2908, #3162, #3019)
  • Sharper /prflow:spec design and audit decisions. It can weigh removing or reusing a repeatedly repaired design element before repairing it again, can still drop a proposed part of an option its reads disprove, keeps the cost comparison in short option text, and can apply an audit suggestion that deletes or moves text. Audit grading spells out when a false statement or policy conflict is a defect. (#3145, #3099, #3138, #3020, #3111)
  • Review-and-fix and fix passes. A deferred fix-delta finding the shadow pass raises again at the same or lower severity stays deferred instead of starting an extra iteration, and fix passes compare a prose rule with the rules deciding its inputs before changing it. (#2529, #3161)

The shipped workflows did not change in this span.
