Publishes everything since v2.61.0 (internal versions 2.61.1 through 2.62.0).

Highlights

  • /prflow:challenge judges a change against your goal. A linked issue is part of the proposal it challenges, not its yardstick. It challenges what the change actually alters first, checks whether anyone relies on behavior the change removes or suppresses, and asks you when a fact only you hold could change the verdict. (#3218)
  • /prflow:spec has no clarification question limit. Replying "just create it" no longer stops the remaining questions. (#3143)
  • Smaller /prflow:spec fixes. It offers to trigger /prflow:implement only when workflows.prflow is set to true, the investigation record keeps a bulleted, indented or wrapped rejected-candidates line whole, and the audit-prompt template can be read directly when its normal load fails. (#3180, #3114, #3178)

The shipped workflows did not change in this span.
