Adding games folder

Hi maintainers, is it fine I add a games folder in this repo similar to https://github.com/TheAlgorithms/C/tree/master/games?

In my opinion, games are not valid algorithms. They are composed of some of the useful algorithms.

Games are not algorithms as defined in CONTRIBUTING.md. There are tons of repos out there for games but my sense is that TheAlgorithms is not one of them.
