Feedback in the app

The fastest way to report a bug, request a feature, or send general feedback is the Feedback button built into Alfie Track — open Settings and tap Feedback to send a message straight to me.

Common questions

My data isn't syncing between devices Alfie Track syncs through your personal iCloud account. Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account on both devices, have an internet connection, and have iCloud Drive enabled in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud.

How do I cancel Alfie Track Plus? Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. Go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Alfie Track Plus to change or cancel.

How do I delete my data? You can delete individual entries in the app, or remove all of it by deleting the app and clearing its iCloud data via iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Alfie Track.
