Nova 1.7.0.10

This release fixes the Live TV guide download loop and keeps navigation available during large guide/catalog work.

• Stream and process TV guides in bounded batches, share concurrent downloads, cache valid empty results, and stop automatic retry loops.
• Keep Settings usable while the library loads. Movie/series totals load through an explicit Count action in the background.
• Improve large-library browsing, search, cache storage and playback request cleanup while retaining the current Home screen and lazy Live TV loading.
• Add repeatable responsiveness regressions and credential-based provider checks using an ignored .env file.

Validation: typecheck, 87 performance regressions, five update tests, and eight production browser cases passed. The private-provider case requires credentials; physical Fire TV testing remains a device check.

On the first launch after upgrading, old derived guide/channel caches may be rebuilt once. Saved provider settings and imported playlists are retained.
