Fixes block/container and player-inventory snapshot failures when native NBT strings contain bytes that are not valid UTF-8, including the decode errors reported by Antigrief.

  • Preserve original bytes through capture and restore for NBT values, compound keys, patch paths, and SNBT output.
  • Preserve valid Unicode and keep String tags distinct from ByteArray tags.
  • Add native-wheel regression coverage for malformed UTF-8, every byte value, embedded NULs, nested item data, and JSON persistence.

Supports BDS 1.26.45 / Endstone 0.11.10 with CPython 3.14. Download the complete ZIP for your server platform and install its matching native plugin and Python wheel, then restart the server. Remove older inspector wheels from plugins/ before installing the update.

Windows and Linux native builds, portable tests, wheel smoke tests, package validation, and release checksums are verified by GitHub Actions. Live-server validation remains required.
