v0.2.1: X live broadcasts in the browser extension

Highlights

• X live in the browser extension. An X or Twitter broadcast or event page offers "Start archiving this stream" while the page is on air. A finished replay stays a normal archive. The job keeps the page URL so the downloader can refresh the playlist. Send cookies for a restricted broadcast.

Container images for this tag are built by the release workflow.
