Third version of the app

⚠️ the csv file data has been modified to add url support, old data will put the description field in the url field
-> require manual modification for now

to do :

• remove test placeholder when launching the app -> when all the test are done and app have somme stability
• add filter option based on enterprise
• display more info on the main jobs listing : easier to find which job is which -> done via displaying more info via more list
• add language support
• display job details on main job listing : on job select, display location and submission date of the job
• add date limit for a job if one is given ( some job explicitly said that the application is refused after x days
• more optimisations...

New :

• hide the console for standard use
• thought : look if view window is still necessary
• add an upgrader to update csv data from 0.0.2 -> 0.0.3+
