Fifth version of the app

⚠️ The app require a translation file to work, download it along with the program

to do :

• remove test placeholder when launching the app -> need more test but is useable
• add filter option based on enterprise
• display more info on the main jobs listing : easier to find which job is which -> done via displaying more info via more list
• add language support
• display job details on main job listing : on job select, display location and submission date of the job
• add date limit for a job if one is given ( some job explicitly said that the application is refused after x days
• hide the console for standard use
• thought : look if view window is still necessary for now is used to display remaining days if a timeout is set
• add an check of job expired both via menu and file loading
• try to fix the upload artifact in the workflow
• add an upgrader to update csv data from 0.0.2 -> 0.0.3+
• more optimisations...
