Getting Started build.sbt failed

I've copied build.sbt from README.md to my empty build.sbt file.
This error found:

build.sbt:2: error: eof expected but ';' found.
libraryDependencies += "com.thoughtworks.compute" %% "gpu" % "latest.release"
