What's new in v0.2.0

Visual settings card in the DSH Web GUI - configure everything from the browser, no YAML editing:

• ?? Write-only credential fields - tokens/secrets shown as "configured / not set" badges, never echoed back
• ?? Save = hot reload - the IM bridge restarts with new config instantly, no profile restart
• ?? Bilingual (en/zh) with per-field guidance and safe examples

• Feishu / Lark: official WebSocket long connection (protobuf frames, client keepalive, 3s ACK) - no public URL needed
• WeCom (WeChat Work): AES-encrypted callbacks (full WXBizMsgCrypt)
