Spindle server 1.0.0

The first release of the server image for running Spindle yourself: the API and the web app in one Linux image, for amd64 and arm64, next to a PostgreSQL 18 database. It's the same app as Spindle Cloud, with no trial, plan or limits.

Quick start

git clone https://github.com/Threennovate/spindle.git
cd spindle/deploy
cp .env.example .env    # fill in the four settings at the top
docker compose up -d

Then open the address you set in App__BaseUrl and create your account. docs/self-hosting.md covers the settings, email, a reverse proxy, backups and updates. The Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android apps can all sign in to your server.
