refactor: Remove redundant llama.cpp timings parsing

• Removed the fallback logic for parsing timings field in stream_logger_task.
• llama.cpp now reliably provides the standard usage field in compatible mode, making the custom parsing unnecessary.
• Simplifies the stream handling logic.
