BoxRFID OpenSpool Edition V4.0

BoxRFID OpenSpool Edition V4.0 is the new current release for BoxRFID-Touch on the ESP32-2432S028R (CYD) with PN532.

This version extends the combined QIDI + OpenSpool firmware line with major usability, setup, and QIDI workflow improvements.

Highlights

• Added QIDI Max 4 support
• Supports QIDI Q2, QIDI Plus 4, and QIDI Max 4 in one firmware
• Added persistent Wi-Fi setup with stored SSID and password
• Added browser upload for officiall_filas_list.cfg
• Added MicroSD-based official CFG support for:
  • /qidi/q2/officiall_filas_list.cfg
  • /qidi/plus4/officiall_filas_list.cfg
  • /qidi/max4/officiall_filas_list.cfg
• Added per-model toggles to enable or disable the official QIDI CFG
• Added SD card format function that rebuilds the required QIDI folder structure
• Improved the QIDI CFG setup page with clearer status handling
• Improved keyboard layouts, including the extended text/password keyboard
• Reused the extended keyboard for general text/name entry
• Improved touch, SD, and Wi-Fi interaction stability
• Added active QIDI model information to read and write status text

• V4.0 is the recommended release for new installations
• V3.7 remains available as the fallback combined release
• V2.1 remains available as the classic QIDI-only firmware line
