New: --plugin-only for the installers, and a per-token switch "Agents (remote control)" on the admin page. Both default to today's behaviour.

• One Agents view instead of Inbox and Chats: one list grouped Needs you (with why), Review, Working and Done today, your chats under Earlier, the open chat beside it. #/inbox links keep working.
• Quick actions on a row: Allow/Deny an approval, Merge/Reject a review, a one-line Reply, Snooze (1 hour, until tomorrow) and Dismiss.
• A chat's outcome: the agent's last sentence shows under the title.
• Plugin only: install and setup ask whether to add the companion (or take --plugin-only, e.g. curl … | sh -s -- --plugin-only); the choice is kept, so update respects it.
• Agents (remote control) per token: off means the server hands that pc no chats, workers or remote actions, and a person without such a token sees only the knowledge views.
• Background work stays visible: a chat whose subagents or background shells still run stays under Working; the shells show above the box. Background subagents end properly on newer Claude Code (they stayed "running"). Under a chat only running subagents show; finished ones fold away.
• Fixes: Needs-you and Review actions no longer cover their row; the Tasks badge follows the project picker; macOS: the chat host's identity is read until ps lists it.
