No idea what this was ever used for. It's a random 32 byte number used for nothing at all now.

Ok, so it used to be used to encrypt DHT traffic (getnodes), but now we're using a deterministically computed key. |

Cool. This doesn't work, because it breaks the save file format. Yay. |
