What's Changed

• Update to Minecraft 1.21.8 (it should work with 1.21.6 and 1.21.7 as well)
• Remove dependency on owo-lib. This happened mainly because owo-lib wasn't available on the latest MC version yet when I started updating the mod, but even after the lib updated I preferred to try to keep that dependency out.
• Add Cloth Config dependency. This is to replace owo-lib when it comes to configuration management.
• Remove option that disables the Third Person Front Perspective and instead add a hotkey that toggles between First Person and Third Person Back perspectives.
• Add option to automatically toggle between third / first person perspectives based on camera pitch. Not sure if this will stay in, but it's available with a hard-coded pitch for now.
• Removed Fullbright / Night vision options. No point in maintaining those given there are other mods that already do this with better granular options.
• Probably some other things that I'm forgetting...

I'm still planning to make some more changes to the mod, mostly focused on configuration. Pretty much everything is hard-coded at the moment tuned to what we like to play with, but I want to make these options more flexible, especially to improve the interaction with the other addon mods that the community is using.
