v1.0.0 - Initial Release with Standard Project Structure

Overview
This release introduces create-html-project, a lightweight tool to scaffold a basic HTML project structure with index.html, src/css, src/img, src/html, and docs folders, supporting both Windows and Linux/macOS.

Features
