1. Multi-Language Localization System

Added full localization framework with JSON-based string resources
Languages supported: English, German (Deutsch), Ukrainian (Українська), French (Français)
Language can be changed in Settings and applies immediately without restart
All UI components subscribe to language change events for live updates
2. Folder Snapshots (New Feature)

New "Snapshots" navigation tab
Create snapshots to save the current state of a folder before organizing
Restore snapshots to undo organization changes
Compare current folder state against saved snapshots
Tracks file count, total size, and modification dates
3. Improved New File Detection (Internationalization)

Expanded detection of "New File" naming patterns to 15 European languages
Now recognizes default Windows file names in: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech, Hungarian
Added language-independent heuristics (file age/size) for better detection
