Hotfix: AMD Compatibility – GPU Memory Clock Fallback

Fixed

• Added fallback logic for GPU Memory Clock readout to improve cross-vendor compatibility.
  • The overlay will now use GPU1 effective memory clock if available.
  • If that sensor is not exposed (common on AMD GPUs), it automatically falls back to display GPU1 memory clock instead.

Why this matters

• Prevents the memory clock field from showing N/A on AMD systems while keeping the more informative effective clock on supported GPUs as seen from Issue #1
