Download DS2SeveredPC-Converter.zip, unzip it, keep all files together in the same folder, and run the app. See the README for the full guide.

Point it at your 360 Addon File (or its extracted contents) and your Dead Space 2 install, it should take 15-20 minutes for it to complete the conversion process and voila, Severed will be in your New -> Episode Select menu.

Marker Patch users: Perform the same install steps and then install Marker Patch over it and download SeveredPC.asi and put it in a folder called plugins next to deadspace2.exe

If you're looking to update, you can rerun the latest version of the converter and it will skip any existing files it's already done and just apply the new changes.

Severed is fully playable on PC from start to finish: the opening in the mines, all of chapter 1 and chapter 2, the final fight, the last stand, the ending video, the end screens and the credits, then back to the main menu.
