v0.7.0 — Independent CAD Engine

SolidWorks MCP PRO now owns an independent implementation of all 88 CAD automation tools. The external CAD MCP engine dependency and adapted guard have been replaced by native SDK bindings, an STA worker, document policy and verified feature operations.

• 123 tools in full; 14 workflows in compact.
• 1,684 local tests, Ruff, dependency checks and packaged-wheel startup passed.
• 88 distinct CAD tools have passing native fixtures: 87 passed in the full catalogue run; the remaining assembly-open prerequisite passed after a shared UI restoration fix in a five-case focused retest. Both runs and their source hashes are retained.
• Native design validation, three isolated parameter variants and 40 mm assembly clearance passed.
• Real Visualize add-in rendering and project-camera product shot packs passed, with image hashes and verified cleanup.

Native CAD requires Windows and installed/licensed SOLIDWORKS; rendering also requires Visualize. Tested on SOLIDWORKS 2026 SP4.1. This is an automation engine; SOLIDWORKS supplies the geometry kernel. Historical benchmark timings do not measure this rewrite.
