The add-on is renamed to Aether Multisite Forms, with refreshed dependencies and shared templates.

Breaking change: Replace uams-web/statamic-multisite-forms with uams-web/aether-multisite-forms, rename the published config file to config/aether-multisite-forms.php, re-run statamic:install so assets publish to public/vendor/aether-multisite-forms, and update any reference to the UAMSWeb\MultisiteForms namespace to UAMSWeb\Aether\Forms\Multisite.
