文档修正：动作是记录，不是自动提问。

0.8.2 里有一句话是错的——「模型在下次发言时能看到这些交互记录」。实际上：

• 点击声明过的动作，日志行是 action <名字> · recorded only — the user decides when to ask the AI，级别为 info，且不带 payload；
• projectActions() 只收集 action / warn 级别，info 会被过滤，所以这些行不会进入 buildWorkbenchSummary()，模型看不到；
• 动作本身（含 data）留在面板的「动作」列表里给你看、也能导出。

这一版只改文档：package.json 的 description、README.md（开头、第 7 步闭环、「动作上报」整节、0.8.3 更新日志）。lib/ 与 0.8.2 逐字节相同，node scripts/verify.mjs 全部通过。

Docs-only release: no functional change.

The marketplace description claimed that clicking a declared window action posts it back to the model and the model then edits the page. That was not what the code does:

• src/client/store.ts relayAction() is the only shipped caller of POST /action and it sends recordOnly: true.
• src/routes/api.ts handleAction only reaches deps.forward() on the recordOnly: false branch, which no shipped caller takes.

Actual behaviour: a click journals a record with its payload and bumps the "emitted" counter. The model does see those records, because buildWorkbenchSummary() quotes the last few interactions into every outbound chat turn — but only once the user writes in the chat.

Corrected the wording in package.json, README.md and the marketplace entry (English + Chinese). Also fixed a pre-existing broken anchor in the README.
