CHANGE: [CI] Upload coverage reports from Mac/Linux jobs & trigger coverage jobs on merge to develop

Description

• Made Codecov check on PRs informational
• Upload reports to Codecov from Mac/Linux functional jobs too
• Trigger coverage jobs on merge/push to develop branch
• Removed the separate editor call to merge the coverage reports
