Modified Eclipse JDT LS 1.0.3

The modified Eclipse JDT Language Server is more conservative at making completion suggestions in that it only provides sound suggestions: applying one of the suggestions should yield another valid partial code sequence.

This new release removed the CITATION.cff file and used .zenodo.json instead as it leads to an inconsistent citation format between GitHub and Zenodo.
