Modified Eclipse JDT LS 1.0.0

This is an archive release that includes all the information needed for the modified Eclipse JDT Language Server. The modified version is more conservative at making completion suggestions in that it only provides sound suggestions: applying one of the suggestions should yield another valid partial code sequence.
