Final feature build for Melatonin Access.

  • Added ring-aware map progress parity: landmarks, teleport, mode menu, and map summary now speak rings anywhere the sighted UI shows them.
  • Expanded F1 and controller View map progress to read stars, rings, and perfect runs.
  • Refreshed release metadata, README wording, and packaging for v1.3.0.
