A Layers panel at the bottom left of the plan hides or locks each layer. The eye hides a layer. The padlock keeps it drawn but lets clicks, box selects and the eraser pass through to what is under it, so with Walls & doors locked the floor under an airlock is one click away. The panel is remembered between sessions, and a LAYERS marker shows in the status bar while any layer is off. Thanks to nadir.
Click a selected part again to select what is under it, as in the game's editor. Flood-select moves to Alt+double-click, since a double-click is now two of these clicks.
Press X for an eraser, then click or drag to delete the topmost part on each tile. The whole stroke is one undo step and skips locked layers.
A middle click picks up the part under the cursor as the brush, the same as Alt+click. A middle drag still pans.
Bug Fixes
The What's New window no longer cuts off long lines or turns every entry into a box. Entries are a plain list that opens in place, with Show all details at the top.
