I am running Nvidia 9800gtx+ and Intel® Core™2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz × 2 With 4g of Ram on Ubuntu 14.4lts and I am having a issue with comunity server window as well.I cant join without a freeze if I try it threw steam consol outside the game either.

Same issue here. The 'browse community servers' option just seems to hang CSGO, with typing "exit" via the console being the only way to exit.

And when I do manage to connect to a community server using the Steam server browser, downloading any maps or files I don't already have also hangs the game, with the download just never starting/completing.

I am very, very happy CSGO is released on Linux, though I kind of feel like they maybe should have called it a 'Beta' for a bit. Still, very grateful for the release!
