I am running Nvidia 9800gtx+ and Intel® Core™2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz × 2 With 4g of Ram on Ubuntu 14.4lts and I am having a issue with comunity server window as well.I cant join without a freeze if I try it threw steam consol outside the game either. |
Same issue here. The 'browse community servers' option just seems to hang CSGO, with typing "exit" via the console being the only way to exit. And when I do manage to connect to a community server using the Steam server browser, downloading any maps or files I don't already have also hangs the game, with the download just never starting/completing. ---Ubuntu - Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty) I am very, very happy CSGO is released on Linux, though I kind of feel like they maybe should have called it a 'Beta' for a bit. Still, very grateful for the release! Steam Sys. Info Dump Processor Information: Network Information: Operating System Version: Video Card:

Everybody please, we know this is a big problem and it has been reviewed, subscribe to the issue and wait for @davidw-valve to ask for more info, just writing "same" on a issue we know everybody is having does not achieve to anything but spamming the thread. |
@theGeekPirate Not including the system information was an error on my part, I did have it in mind when I started commenting but it must've slipped away by the time I clicked comment. I've edited my comment to include it now. @davidw-valve Awesome to know it's in the pipeline. Thanks for your great work. |
@davidw-valve Ok the latest update fixed the server browser and it now appears. However, I'm getting that bug where the mouse is not responsive (same like the console issue #1 ). Someone should make a new issue. |
This is fixed in the latest update. |
I am having the same issue. |
I can see the browser but the mouse cursor is not rendered, like with the MOTD. |
Mouse cursor runs fine at main menu and training center, but I cannot move my cursor in the community server browser Specs: Network Information: Operating System Version: Video Card:
