v1.102:

• Reduced the amount of synthread spawned by deconstructing hospital seats by 80%
• Deconstructing lab buildings in vaults now gives 10 steel per cell (ie a 3x3 lab building would deconstruct into 45 steel: 10 per each 9 tiles, divided by 2, unless you have the scrapper meme)
• All minifiable furniture found in vaults is now Sellable only, so they'll never appear on merchants
• Fixed the ancient storage heater. It was expecting power
