Changed
- Picking a server by hand is no longer all-or-nothing. It is still tried
first, on its own — but if it turns out to be dead, the app keeps looking
instead of reporting failure. Free servers often die between the moment the
list is drawn and the moment a row is tapped. - The app now tells you when the network, not the server, is the problem.
Measured across four days: a connection attempted within two minutes of a
failure succeeded about 5% of the time, while waiting a couple of minutes
raised that to around 39%. From the second failure in a row, the app says
so. The button still works — nothing is blocked or delayed.
