• replaced the startup title with a 320x200, 32-colour picture

• added physical analogue joystick support on port 2, selected with Shift+F2; centre the stick before selecting it from keyboard or mouse mode
• added paddle mode: Shift+F2 toggles between joystick and paddle controls; paddles use linear steering, S/A (or up/down) for pedals, and ignore Y
• moved mouse mode to Shift+F3 and halved mouse steering sensitivity
