VibeTube v0.3.0 brings a major multi-engine and architecture upgrade focused on local-first voice workflows, reliability, and editor usability.

• Added multi-engine TTS support across app flows: Qwen, LuxTTS, Chatterbox, and Chatterbox Turbo.
• Expanded model and metadata handling in generation/history/story flows, including engine/model labeling and improved model management wiring.
• Refactored backend architecture (slice 1): introduced app factory + lifecycle pattern and split core logic into modular routes, services, and db layers.
• Improved playback and UI consistency in Generate and Story modes, including unified cyan selection highlights and action-to-selection synchronization.
• Story editor playback now starts from selected clip when using bottom play controls.
• Improved story/playback hardening and timeline synchronization behavior.
