  • Add hueRotate with finite degrees and invert with amount from zero to one.
  • Use the existing effect stack across CLI, HTTP, MCP, and reference interface controls.
  • Preserve alpha, stack order, undo, protected layers, version checks, and recovery.
  • Add EN, FR, and DE control labels and renderer controls for six targets.
  • Keep schemaVersion at 1. Version 1.12.0 preserves these effects and refuses their rendering.
