Docker memory headroom warnings now use Rich formatting and explain the runtime memory limit, Docker's shared capacity, and how to leave more headroom.
The resource check is advisory at every configured memory limit. Fresh starts and approved runtime restarts continue after the warning, with diagnostics on stderr so JSON output stays usable.
This release includes the application wheel and source distribution matched to a pinned Linux AMD64/ARM64 runtime image.
Validation: the complete local blocking matrix passed, with four skipped root tests. GitHub Actions passed backend, assess, frontend, report, eval, lint, and type checks. The root job has a pre-existing failure in test_post_tool_log_claim_is_atomic_during_delayed_seen_reads; rerunning the same job against v2.3.1 reproduced the identical failure. The full hook test file passes in an isolated Ubuntu container. Live-runtime integration tests were not run.
