Server now has an AWS option to avoid pushing 40MB over websocket and instead use and S3 bucket, it is able to use a FREE AWS account for 12 mo then you have to pay. Nobody except the server has access to the S3 bucket, the server sends the public link to the file over the websocket, the client then downloads it. if there's enough demand I might integrate some completely free google option. Client now has underwater effect.
