Rook review SDK and runtime (18d0cbffc18e)

Built packages for do-runtime#104, consumed by rook#213, stacked on rook#205.

All six archives were built from source commit 18d0cbffc18efbccf90b23044b5e3a4f18ef8c26: the runtime and the Agents, Think, Shell, AI Chat, and Codemode packages. This prerelease is a commit-pinned consumer build; it does not replace the npm release.

Async lowering preserves native optional RPC invocation, including Think's messenger interruption callback. Think also exposes recoverable request and root identities from its existing task journals so a host can restore activity before startup recovery proceeds.

Validation includes 1,026 runtime unit tests, 83 transformed Node conformance tests, 83 transformed Chromium conformance tests, 23 new native Workers/SQLite recovery cases, standard SDK checks, and packed-package validation. Rook built against these exact archives and exercised recovery, operation ownership, messenger delivery, query ownership, sandbox transport, table runs, schedules, and packed-extension Fetch cloning.
