Rook native owners cb428bc878a9

Coordinated immutable preview for Rook, from cb428bc.

Includes native browser worker supervision, actor-tree placement and full-event activity, Chrome Port sockets, whole-pool SQLite snapshots, Shell native-directory/workspace primitives, Codemode schema printing and emitting-socket React identity. Intentional worker deletion preserves close code 1001 and retires disconnected transports before removing storage.

Source: #105 (stacked on #104). Consumer: WebMCP-org/rook#216 (stacked on #205).

The runtime archive was rebuilt from this exact commit. The five SDK archives are byte-identical to the previous preview: their source tree is unchanged at this commit and their full maintained suite passed 3,935 tests. Source and declarations remain aligned; SHA256SUMS covers all six archives.

Verified 1,063 native unit tests, runtime/conformance/example types and the packed export/type gate. Full prior CI passed 429 conformance cases and 109 real-example assertions; fresh CI runs on the linked pull request.

Supersedes rook-sdk-cb428bc878a9 with the behaviour review of #105. A call whose send loses its Chrome port now rejects instead of hanging; the supervisor reports discarded workers and invalid worker events, and the actor tree reports a broken facet. Whole-pool SQLite export and restore roll back a hot journal rather than refusing it, and per-actor import writes the bytes it validated. The Codemode schema printer stops at 100,000 characters so shared references cannot grow exponentially. Native-directory reads stop paging when a backend repeats a page. Invalid close codes are rejected. The two socket peer types are one MessagePortWebSocketPeer; the rest of the change is cleanup with unchanged public names.

All six archives were built from this exact commit; SHA256SUMS covers them.

Verified at this commit: runtime, conformance and example typechecks; 1,075 native unit tests; the workerd, node, browser and transformed conformance lanes; the packed export/type gate; the SDK's maintained suite; and Codemode's tests (5,563 tests in all).

Rook review SDK and runtime (18d0cbffc18e)

Built packages for do-runtime#104, consumed by rook#213, stacked on rook#205.

All six archives were built from source commit 18d0cbffc18efbccf90b23044b5e3a4f18ef8c26: the runtime and the Agents, Think, Shell, AI Chat, and Codemode packages. This prerelease is a commit-pinned consumer build; it does not replace the npm release.

Async lowering preserves native optional RPC invocation, including Think's messenger interruption callback. Think also exposes recoverable request and root identities from its existing task journals so a host can restore activity before startup recovery proceeds.

Validation includes 1,026 runtime unit tests, 83 transformed Node conformance tests, 83 transformed Chromium conformance tests, 23 new native Workers/SQLite recovery cases, standard SDK checks, and packed-package validation. Rook built against these exact archives and exercised recovery, operation ownership, messenger delivery, query ownership, sandbox transport, table runs, schedules, and packed-extension Fetch cloning.

Rook SDK: PDF text, cut tool input, full Think gate (6f5ee3b67725)

Built SDK artifacts from do-runtime at 6f5ee3b677256f84bb21b090a3ad266b01f76dfa (PR #103 merged to main). Three Think changes on top of rook-sdk-a0022fcdbdb9: a workspace read of a PDF renders each page's text for a model without PDF input, through a host-supplied workspacePdfText extractor; a step whose tool input any finish reason cut fails the turn with an exported UnfinishedToolInputError; and older child-run tables gain the output_schema_json column through an idempotent migration. Package versions are unchanged (Agents 0.27.0 / Think 0.20.1 / Shell 0.4.3 / AI Chat 0.12.1 / Codemode 0.5.3).

All six packages were packed from a tree identical to this commit. pnpm sdk:check, pnpm sdk:test (now every Think test file) and CI's Verify / Node 24 passed. The one storage change is the idempotent column migration above.

One fork addition on top of rook-sdk-4a3e27b81873: Think's TurnContext.messageIds names the stored message behind each user and system model message, and a new onHistoryCleared() hook runs after clearMessages() or a client chat-clear. Package versions are unchanged (Agents 0.27.0 / Think 0.20.1 / Shell 0.4.3 / AI Chat 0.12.1 / Codemode 0.5.3).

All six packages built with a frozen lockfile; pnpm sdk:check and CI's Verify / Node 24 passed at the PR head, whose tree matches this commit. No storage migrations.

Rook SDK: benchmark fixes (4a3e27b81873)

Built SDK artifacts from do-runtime at 4a3e27b8187353539e54b28a457d66f92ee30653 (PR #96 merged to main). Three fork fixes on top of rook-sdk-fce39aefd5b8: listArchive and extractArchive read ZIP (including Office files) and gzip tar and reject anything else instead of reporting success; a model response that ends mid tool-call input now fails the turn with a stream error instead of reporting it completed; and the shell's readJson / queryJson declarations return Promise<any> by default so model code passes preflight without a cast. Package versions are unchanged (Agents 0.27.0 / Think 0.20.1 / Shell 0.4.3 / AI Chat 0.12.1 / Codemode 0.5.3).

All six packages built with a frozen lockfile; pnpm sdk:check and the maintained SDK gate (3,533 tests) passed at the PR head, whose tree matches this commit. No storage migrations.

Built SDK artifacts from do-runtime at fce39aefd5b8b18b24e6a9d354e300d8fa3d9261 (alex/october-9-refresh, PR #92): the vendored fork refreshed to Agents 0.27.0 / Think 0.20.1 (upstream e3351863) with the fork's retained divergences reconciled (see vendor/agents/docs/fork-diff.md at this commit).

Source: fce39ae. All six packages built with a frozen lockfile; pnpm sdk:check and the maintained SDK gate (3,519 tests) passed. No storage migrations beyond those 0.26 already introduced (Sessions content_hash, Think submission identity, Agent-tool event_delivery, legacy fiber outcome columns); consumers coming from 0.24 get those on first wake, so export actor databases before the candidate's first wake. 0.27 removes agents/channels* and makes removeMcpServer forget saved OAuth credentials.

Rook SDK: Agents 0.24 / Think 0.19 refresh (9364bfadb749)

Built SDK artifacts from do-runtime at 9364bfadb749bf80a4cafa309c01c7a8f6b70c82 (agents-0.24-refresh): the vendored fork refreshed to Agents 0.24.0 / Think 0.19.0 (upstream c076e4c9) with the fork's retained divergences reconciled (see vendor/agents/docs/fork-diff.md at this commit).

Source: 9364bfa. All six packages built with a frozen lockfile and the SDK check gate (pnpm sdk:check) passed. First wake on 0.24 performs one-way storage migrations (cf_agents_queues folded into the Lifecycle job queue; cf_think_workflow_notifications dropped; Agent schema version moved to a KV key); export actor databases before the candidate's first wake.
