Built all six packages from baa2f67. Immutable preview assets for coordinated Rook adoption; source and declarations share one commit.

Changes: #105 (stacked on #104).

Includes native browser worker supervision, actor-tree placement and full-event activity, Chrome Port sockets, whole-pool SQLite snapshots, Shell native-directory/workspace primitives, Codemode schema printing and emitting-socket React identity. Rook retains application configuration, Chrome resources and policy.

Verified native unit/browser/transformed-browser suites, runtime/conformance/example typechecks, package export/type smoke and SDK check. Full SDK and repository CI run on the linked pull request. SHA256SUMS covers every archive.
