Bundle refresh so fresh installs get current core.
tiger-1.0.32.zip carries tiger-core 1.45.0 (the previous bundle, v1.0.31, carried 1.24.0 — 21 releases behind).
Everything that installs from this bundle picks it up: the web installer, cPanel/TigerWHM, tiger-headless, and node provisioning. No skeleton code change — the bundle is built by release-bundle.yml from the skeleton at this tag with tiger-core resolved from Packagist.
