• Add experimental SageAttention2 dedicated runtime support, including installer/bootstrap wiring, launcher
integration, runtime detection, and dedicated startup entry support.

• Add Lulynx Experimental Core support for selected training routes, with the new experimental core path wired into
SDXL / ANIMA-side training integration.

• Add the first batch of Lulynx core-side experimental training features
