Added
memo relationships scan <project|all> --source <accounts|all> lists the chats, mail threads and people that
look like a project's, scored from the store by cli-core's link scorers (the name and aliases in chat titles and
messages, confirmed members' groups, dialogs and threads, who writes in its confirmed chats). It writes nothing; --yes writes them as proposals by the rule bot memo-scan, which only you decide in memo review. A pair you
rejected is never proposed again. meta.accounts names the accounts read.
memo projects context and memo projects evidence name the scan as a next step while the project has fewer
than two confirmed chats.
Changed — may break callers
memo relationships scan writes nothing without --yes, and --source is required (all reads every
account). With no project it still proposes people who share a company mail domain, now as proposals in memo review instead of unconfirmed relationships, and the answer is { written, scans }, not a list.
